| Some records contain her name being spelled Fredericka, her stone has it spelled with only the 'C'. It is possible that the stone was erected after the passing of Richard, by family members. There are smaller, white stones surrounding the monument that have only initials for Frederica and Richard and Sarah on the other. One stone was not legible. (Possible that this is the stone for Charlotte who died at birth in 1828) If the monument was put there after Richard's death, a mispelling may have occurred. |
