William Harkness Greer, Sr. emigrated from Ireland to America at the age of 22, at the persuasion of his brother Samuel,
aged 20. They arrived in New York May 23, 1837 passengers on the Ship Garrick. They joined their Uncle, William
Harkness who had settled in Magnolia, Ohio.


James Greer was Born 1779 in Tulleyconnell, County Tyrone, Ireland, and died 1817 in Tulleyconnell, County Tyrone,
Ireland.  He Married Elizabeth Harkness.  She Was Born 1784 in Tulleyconnell, County Tyrone, Ireland, and Died 1859
In Tulleyconnell, County Tyrone, Ireland.

James and Elizabeth had the following children:
